  4. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within [30] business days via the original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sfatc@firstaidtraining.com.sg.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped or processed.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may need to return it before a refund is processed.
